Protest at Congressman's office

I just got off a conference call with TPP in which we received information directly from organization that tracks bills in Congress.  The bell is tolling for health care.  Three committees in the House of Representatives are trying to get the House bill out of committee, and the bill includes the government health care option, and includes mandate of a national medical ID card.  (Shades of socialized medicine! )

Everyone of us needs to start calling, faxing or emailing.  Please spend every spare minute over the next 3 days contacting legislators in DC and tell them we don't want the government option.  We don't want rationed care.  We don't want some bureaucrat in Washington dictating our health care.

Who to call?  Suggested representatives to call include the Blue Dog Coalition.   Also 3 committees are involved:  Education and Labor, Ways and Means, and Energy and Commerce.  Search House of Representatives, click on committees, and choose one to get list of members.  If every one in the tea parties gets on the phone, we can jam the switchboards and get the message out.  We had an effect on the cap and trade in the Senate.  Work on that bill was postponed til September.  We can do the same thing for health care if we all make the calls.

Also this makes our protest at Congressman Bishop's office even more important.  Please make every effort to spend that hour and stand up against the legislators that ignore their constituents.  Friday 12-1 PM 18 9th St.  It is time to stand up and be counted to save our country.

Blessings to everyone,

Sandy Toth
