Health Care Amendment put forth by Sen. Rogers that would exempt Georgians from HR 3200 (ObamaCare). There is also a petition for Georgians to sign.

Senator Rogers and Senate colleagues introduced a proposed State Constitutional Amendment to be considered next legislative session. The Amendment (if passed by the State legislature and approved by Georgia voters) would protect Georgians from being forced into a single payer, government mandated Health care plan.

Currently, some proposals in Washington DC include a government mandate and a fine for non-participation.
